Role Description This is a full-time remote role for a Director of Roofing Sales in the Orlando area. The Director of Roofing Sales will oversee and drive sales operations while fostering relationships with clients to meet and exceed revenue goals. Responsibilities include developing and implementing strategic sales plans, hiring, training and leading a team of sales professionals, and ensuring customer satisfaction through expert guidance on roofing solutions. The director will collaborate with different teams to align sales strategies with the company's mission of delivering high-quality roofing services.
Qualifications Strong knowledge and experience with roofs, waterproofing, and working at height. Understanding of roofing and insulation techniques. Proven leadership and team management skills with a focus on sales and business development. Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to build and maintain client relationships. Ability to meet sales goals and drive growth within the roofing industry. Experience in the roofing or construction industry is advantageous. Bachelor’s degree in Business, Construction Management, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience preferred. xsgimln Compensation Would include the following salary, equity and office rev share.
