As a lead Superintendent, we are looking for someone that has 10+ years of field leadership experience and who has a passion for leading crews and driving a positive working environment. Other responsibilities include:
Scheduling Value Engineering Subcontractor selection and oversight Self-performed oversight of carpentry, drywall, concrete, etc. Safety Client Relations
