Position Summary The Senior Property Manager (Sr. PM) is a leadership role responsible for the overall operational, financial, and customer-service performance of our residential and commercial portfolio. This role sets the standard for the Property Management team, ensures policies and procedures are followed, and serves as the primary escalation point for tenant issues. The Sr. PM is expected to lead by example, maintain high accountability, and ensure consistent execution across leasing, maintenance coordination, and resident relations.
Portfolio & Operations Management Oversee day-to-day operations of the RE360 portfolio, ensuring properties are well-maintained, compliant, and operating efficiently. Enforce company policies, procedures, and service standards across the PM team. Serve as the primary point of escalation for complex tenant issues, legal matters, and operational challenges. Conduct regular property inspections and ensure corrective actions are completed. Leadership & Team Oversight Lead, mentor, and support the property management team. Set expectations, monitor performance, and provide coaching and corrective feedback when needed. Ensure proper coverage, responsiveness, and follow-through across the team. Partner with Leasing, Maintenance, Accounting, and Construction teams to ensure seamless operations. Resident Relations & Customer Service Maintain a high standard of tenant communication and professionalism. Address escalated resident concerns, disputes, and service failures promptly and effectively. Ensure timely responses to tenant inquiries and urgent issues. Oversee rent collection, delinquencies, and payment plans in coordination with Accounting. Ensure accurate data entry, reporting, and documentation within property management systems. Maintenance & Vendor Oversight Coordinate with Maintenance leadership to prioritize and resolve work orders. Ensure preventive maintenance programs are followed. Manage, coordinate and respond to emergency maintenance situations as needed. Availability & Responsiveness (Mandatory) Maintain availability after hours and on weekends. Be responsive on Slack and other communication platforms during evening hours and weekends.
Qualifications 5+ years of residential property management experience required. Prior experience managing a teams and/or large portfolios required. Strong understanding of landlord-tenant law, fair housing regulations, and local compliance requirements. Proven ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Excellent communication, leadership, problem-solving skills and follow-through. Proficiency with Appfolio and Google Workspace preferred.
