1+ years Overview We're looking for someone to support our CPA firm with scanning, document organization, and light administrative tasks. This is a great role for someone detail-oriented who enjoys structured, hands-on work in a professional office. Key Responsibilities Scan and upload client tax documents accurately into our document management system Organize digital files using firm naming conventions and folder structures Assist with assembling/organizing physical client files as needed Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive client information appropriately Light Administrative Support Support mail processing (incoming/outgoing), including FedEx/certified mail as needed Perform light data entry and administrative tasks to support workflow completion Qualifications Strong attention to detail and ability to follow standardized processes Experience using office equipment (scanner/copier) and basic computer systems Dependable, punctual, and able to work independently Prior office/admin experience preferred; CPA/tax office experience a plus Requires background check and credit check Compensation / Pay Rate (Up to): $16.00 - $17.00 Per Hour
