
Entry Level Machinist
As a CNC Machine Operator, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of CNC machines, removing finished parts, and performing quality checks using micrometers and calipers. Initially, your primary focus will be on machine operation and quality output, with the potential to progress to performing machine setups and offsets. This position offers openings on 1st, 2nd, 3rd and weekend shifts! Responsibilities: Ensure the CNC machine remains operational. Remove finished parts from the machine. Conduct quality checks on parts using micrometers and calipers. Perform basic machine setups and offsets over time. Maintain a clean and safe work environment. Essential Skills: Experience using micrometers and calipers. Basic math skills. Ability to read blueprints. Mechanical aptitude, including experience with power tools and hand tools. 1+ year of experience in a manufacturing environment. Ability to read and interpret basic shop math and decimals.
