Overview/Summary: The IT Support Specialist provides frontline technical assistance to end users, ensuring the reliable operation of computer systems, hardware, and software across the organization. This role is responsible for delivering both on-site and remote support to diagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve a wide range of technical issues while maintaining a high level of customer service.
Key responsibilities include installing, configuring, and maintaining desktop and laptop hardware, peripherals, and operating systems; deploying, upgrading, and supporting standard business applications; and resolving basic to intermediate IT incidents related to hardware, software, and connectivity. The IT Support Specialist serves as a primary point of contact for technical support requests, documenting issues and resolutions in accordance with IT service management processes.
