Overview

Our client is a leading energy company seeking an experienced Customer Service Representative II to join their Houston team. This is a 12-month contract position offering competitive compensation and the opportunity to work with a Fortune 500 organization known for excellence in customer service.

Houston, TX 77002 (On-site position) Pay Rate:

$21/hour Duration:

12 months Schedule:

40 hours/week, 8-hour shifts between 7am-6pm

Key Responsibilities

Provide exceptional customer service to valuable customers through various communication channels Resolve customer issues using strong problem-solving skills and company resources Handle customer inquiries with professionalism, courtesy, and efficiency Maintain accurate customer records and documentation Meet performance metrics and quality standards Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless customer experience Adapt to changing business needs and schedule requirements Requirements

6-10 years of customer service experience Excellent verbal and written communication skills Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities Proven reliability and dependability High integrity and positive attitude Flexibility to adapt to changing schedules and business needs Ability to work on-site in downtown Houston Must complete mandatory 3-week training program (March 9th start date) What We Offer
