Job Description
This Director of Quality and Regulatory will:
Lead QA, QC, Regulatory, Training/Compliance, and lab activities across multiple product families Strengthen Quality systems and governance; standardize processes and documentation Improve efficiency and cost across highvolume packaging and changeoverintensive operations Navigate large SKU/component complexity with robust risk management and batch record integrity Build, mentor, and develop a multilevel Quality team; model a visible, floorfirst leadership style Prepare for and lead customer and thirdparty audits; champion continuous improvement Partner crossfunctionally with Operations, Supply Chain, and Commercial to support launches and scaleups MPI does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, national origin, age, disability, veteran status, marital status, or based on an individual's status in any group or class protected by applicable federal, state or local law. A successful Director of Quality should have:
Senior Quality leader with experience in contract manufacturing and highmix, highvolume environments Background spanning personal care, beauty, or nutrition products (or adjacent regulated consumer goods) Proven success building or rebuilding Quality programs and metrics in a fastpaced operation Skilled people leader - coaching supervisors, developing talent, and influencing culture Comfortable on the production floor; strong problemsolving, communication, and stakeholder management What's on Offer
