This Director of Quality & Regulatory will lead strategy for a multi‑category, high‑mix manufacturing operation that supports national brands in personal care and nutrition. The focus is on elevating systems, improving throughput and cost, and leading a sizeable Quality organization while staying closely connected to floor execution. Client Details Our client is a contract manufacturer with an established reputation for operational discipline, scale, and brand support across multiple consumer categories. Products are developed, manufactured, and packaged under one roof for tighter control, faster turns, and consistent quality. Description This Director of Quality and Regulatory will: Lead QA, QC, Regulatory, Training/Compliance, and lab activities across multiple product families Strengthen Quality systems and governance; standardize processes and documentation Improve efficiency and cost across high‑volume packaging and changeover‑intensive operations Navigate large SKU/component complexity with robust risk management and batch record integrity Build, mentor, and develop a multi‑level Quality team; model a visible, floor‑first leadership style Prepare for and lead customer and third‑party audits; champion continuous improvement Partner cross‑functionally with Operations, Supply Chain, and Commercial to support launches and scale‑ups MPI does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, national origin, age, disability, veteran status, marital status, or based on an individual's status in any group or class protected by applicable federal, state or local law. Profile A successful Director of Quality should have: Senior Quality leader with experience in contract manufacturing and high‑mix, high‑volume environments Background spanning personal care, beauty, or nutrition products (or adjacent regulated consumer goods) Proven success building or rebuilding Quality programs and metrics in a fast‑paced operation Skilled people leader - coaching supervisors, developing talent, and influencing culture Comfortable on the production floor; strong problem‑solving, communication, and stakeholder management
