Job Description
Responsibilities:
Lead Quality Assurance, Quality Control, QC Laboratory, Regulatory Affairs, and Training/Compliance teams Manage and host customer, regulatory, and accreditation audits Support regulatory needs including label review, claims, and documentation Strengthen Quality culture through training, system enhancements, and crossdepartment collaboration Drive continuous improvement, risk management, and corrective action initiatives MPI does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, national origin, age, disability, veteran status, marital status, or based on an individual's status in any group or class protected by applicable federal, state or local law. The Successful Applicant
Ideal Candidate:
Bachelor's degree required; advanced degree preferred 10+ years of progressive Quality leadership Strong working knowledge of cGMP, Quality Systems, and FDA regulations Proven ability to lead teams, implement systems, and manage complex operations Strong decision-making, project management, and communication skills Additional certifications (HACCP, PCQI, Regulatory Affairs) beneficial What's on Offer
