Shift: M-F Day shift Duration: 03 Months Pay range: $22.00- $23.00/hr. Onsite Job
DESCRIPTION: In this important role, you'll enhance customer satisfaction by ensuring timely and accurate processing of service-related activities while supporting our mission to make the world healthier, cleaner, and safer. You'll serve as a key liaison between customers, field service engineers, and internal departments, managing a variety of administrative and operational tasks that directly impact customer experience and business success.
You'll process service orders, manage contracts, coordinate with field teams, and maintain critical customer data. Your role will be essential in supporting service delivery, ensuring accurate documentation, and facilitating smooth operations across our organization. You'll have the opportunity to contribute to process improvements while maintaining high standards of customer service and operational excellence
Required Skills: + years of experience • Minimum 2 years of experience in customer service or order administration, preferably in a service environment
Preferred Skills: • Detail-oriented with excellent problem-solving and analytical capabilities • Ability to work independently and collaboratively • Demonstrated ability to work effectively in a deadline-oriented environment • Strong interpersonal skills and professional demeanor • Demonstrated ability to handle confidential information with discretion • Strong verbal and written communication skills with demonstrated customer service excellence • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
Degree/Certifications: High School diploma
