Summary: Pine Belt Mental Healthcare Resources is seeking a dedicated and ambitious Director of County Operations to oversee all day-to-day operations of the comprehensive community mental health county satellite offices in multiple counties. This position is located in Forrest County. The Director of County Operations plays a vital role at Pine Belt Mental Healthcare Resources in providing supervision and oversight to the program, including developing and implementing budgets, grant applications, and specialty programs; providing staff supervision and community outreach; and analyzing data and implementing plans to address patterns and trends. The ideal candidate would possess a strong understanding of treatment of SMI and SED diagnoses.
The hours for this position are typically M-F, 8a-5p. Some afterhours responsibilities and overnight travel are required.

Through an extensive continuum of care, we strive to enable adults with serious mental illnesses, children with serious emotional disturbances, and individuals with an addiction or developmental disability to live, work, learn, and participate fully in their communities. Our eighteen-county service area includes Amite, Franklin, Forrest, Hancock, Harrison, Jones, Lamar, Lawrence, Covington, Greene, Jeff Davis, Marion, Pearl River, Perry, Pike, Stone, Walthall, Wayne Counties. Requirements: Master's degree in behavioral health field with professional license (LPC, LCSW, LMFT) required A minimum of five (5) years of mental health supervisory experience required with experience in clinical, financial, and operational management Experience creating/maintaining budgets and data required Ability to verbalize and apply knowledge of treatment of SMI and SED diagnoses Ability to communicate on executive level in both written and verbal format Knowledge of DMH and CARF standards a plus Use of a personal car, ability to obtain a MS driver's license, appropriate auto liability insurance, and a clean driving record are required
Responsibilities:
Responsible for working as part of a senior management team to carry out strategic planning, financial management, overall operational and clinical management in multiple counties of service. Develops and manages financial budgets and reports and will report to the Executive Director. Implements and supervises training of County Administrators. Conducts meetings. Oversees attainment of daily operational goals for counties. General consultation, education, and advocacy to other community agencies.
