A litigation-focused attorney with 4–7 years of experience in commercial and real estate disputes
Deeply familiar with New York State law and the workings of the New York Supreme Court
Comfortable navigating the legal landscape across Manhattan, Brooklyn, Queens, and occasionally Long Island
Skilled in handling co-op and condo conflicts, commercial landlord-tenant matters, and eviction proceedings
What You’ll Do
Represent clients in litigation matters involving co-op boards, sponsors, and commercial landlords Manage cases from inception through resolution, including court appearances and motion practice Collaborate with colleagues and clients to develop case strategies and timelines Maintain a daily billable target of seven hours What Success Looks Like
