Litigate complex commercial real estate disputes—including lease issues, foreclosure, construction conflicts, and coop/condo controversies. Represent clients in administrative bodies (e.g., OATH, BSA), state and federal courts, and appellate proceedings. Handle commercial arbitration, adverse possession, partnership and joint venture litigation, contract disputes, and zoning-related matters.
