Requirements
3–7 years of commercial real estate litigation experience
Strong writing, motion practice, and analytical skills
Responsibilities
Litigate complex commercial disputes including Yellowstone injunctions, holdover proceedings, breach actions, and rent regulatory matters
Draft motions, briefs, and strategies for summary judgments and appeals in state/federal courts
Handle discovery, depositions, and hearings in administrative, zoning, and tax certiorari proceedings
Advise on distressed assets, bankruptcies, and joint venture disputes for major developers and owners
Collaborate with transactional teams on integrated real estate solutions
