Compensation: $200,000 – $215,000

Have 6+ years of litigation experience
Have Experience In Real Estate Disputes
This role is not suitable for:
Transactional real estate attorneys
General litigators without real estate exposure
Candidates without litigation ownership
About The Opportunity We are working with a law firm seeking a Real Estate Litigation Associate Attorney to handle disputes involving commercial real estate, property issues, and related litigation matters.
What You’ll Be Doing
Handle real estate litigation matters from inception to resolution
Draft pleadings, motions, and discovery
Manage case strategy and settlement negotiations
Participate in hearings and trial preparation
What We’re Looking For
6+ years of litigation experience
Experience with real estate or property disputes
Strong writing, research, and analytical skills
Ability to manage cases independently
