Core responsibilities include: Conduct high-quality in-home and remote sales consultations Diagnose customer needs and present customized, value-based proposals Manage a strong appointment calendar, including evenings and weekends Consistently hit or exceed sales and close-rate targets Build long-term client relationships that generate repeat and referral business Communicate clearly and proactively with customers throughout the job lifecycle Maintain accurate activity, pipeline, and follow-up in the CRM Collaborate with production teams to ensure projects are executed to standard Represent the CertaPro brand in the local market through signage, events, and referrals Participate in ongoing coaching, training, and performance reviews Top performers in this role: Run disciplined appointment schedules Close at a high percentage Manage their pipeline proactively Earn trust quickly with homeowners Follow systems while bringing their own professionalism and polish Grow income year over year through executionnot luck What we're looking for: Required: Proven sales or consultative customer-facing experience Strong communication, presentation, and closing skills High personal accountability and organization Valid Driver's License and clean driving record Preferred: In-home sales experience (home services, construction, remodeling, or similar) Track record of exceeding sales goals or earning promotions Associate degree or higher Experience working within a CRM-driven sales environment Compensation & rewards: This is a performance-based opportunity designed for sales professionals who want to be paid for results. Competitive base salary plus commission Typical annual earnings: $43,000
