Key Responsibilities: Respond promptly and empathetically to inbound phone, email, and online inquiries in both Spanish and English. Provide accurate information about nonprofit programs, services, and resources, ensuring clarity for diverse audiences. Assist clients, donors, and volunteers by addressing questions, resolving concerns, and escalating issues when necessary. Document all interactions thoroughly in the organization's database, maintaining confidentiality and accuracy. Support outreach efforts, fundraising campaigns, and client service events through top-notch customer service. Uphold the nonprofit's core values of integrity, inclusivity, and respect in every interaction. Requirements: Fluency in Spanish and English (written and spoken) required. Previous customer service or call center experience preferred, ideally in a nonprofit or social services setting. Strong communication skills with an empathetic approach to client needs. Detail-oriented and comfortable with administrative recordkeeping. Ability to adapt in a dynamic environment and collaborate with team members.
