Job Description:

This Designer will support fast-paced creative marketing initiatives by executing clean, on-brand assets across digital, social, motion, email, and print channels.

Day-to-Day Responsibilities:

Edit and adapt existing creative files across multiple specs and deliverable types Produce short-form motion graphics using Adobe After Effects Design email layouts with strong visual hierarchy and clarity Create and resize social ads for Meta and Google (occasional Pinterest & LinkedIn) Design print layouts including postcards, brochures, direct mail, and in-store materials Duplicate concepts across formats while following established brand guidelines Manage tasks and deadlines within a workflow/project management tool Export final files accurately and ensure proper organization within DAM systems Collaborate daily with designers, copywriters, producers, web, media, and account teams Attend project kickoffs and manage assigned work independently Requirements:

Must-Haves:

Marketing-focused design background (not brand/logo heavy) Strong motion experience with

Adobe After Effects

(short-form graphics, not full animation) Email design experience with clear information hierarchy Social ad design experience with an understanding of what drives engagement and clicks Print layout experience (brochures, postcards, direct mail, PoP materials) Proficiency in

Adobe Creative Suite : InDesign, Illustrator, After Effects, XD Comfortable following brand guidelines and executing with precision Experience working within workflow tools (Workfront, Asana, or similar) Excellent attention to detail and deadline reliability Strong remote communication skills and ability to take and apply feedback Self-starter who can manage time independently in a fast-paced environment Team-oriented, collaborative, personable, and proactive Not an entry-level role; prior professional experience required Nice-to-Haves:

Agency or agency-style environment experience Energy or utilities industry exposure 2- or 4-year degree in Graphic Design (or equivalent experience) Direct Workfront experience Familiarity with DAM systems
