As a member of the AI Power team, you will act as a hands-on business improvement consultant, supporting stakeholders throughout the Technology Department and serving as the internal subject-matter expert on workflow enhancement, AI ethical use, and adoption strategies.
In This Role, You Will:
Lead discovery and intake: Rapidly evaluate business problems, define project scope, outcomes, guardrails, and success measures for AI enablement and automation projects. Solution architecture: Design and document AI-enabled workflows-selecting tools, prompting patterns, and establishing quality gates, risk controls, and operational guardrails. Business improvement consulting: Partner with business units within the Technology Department to assess whether to leverage AI, improve existing processes, or deploy other technology/automation solutions. Change management: Map stakeholders, lead communications, develop and deliver training plans, track adoption metrics, and ensure sustainability of change. Asset creation: Codify and publish reference architectures, playbooks, SOPs, templates, checklists, and operating guides for reuse across the organization. Enablement & support: Provide office hours, advisory support, and embedded assistance to early-adopting teams; support transition to business-as-usual post-stabilization. Performance reporting: Maintain dashboards and provide leadership with regular updates on adoption, impact, and value creation. Risk and ethics: Ensure all AI initiatives align with strategic and ethical guidelines; remain current on advances in AI, automation, and technology-driven business process improvement. Community building: Model a culture of experimentation and continuous learning, champion knowledge-sharing and peer learning, and actively support upskilling across teams. Internal consultancy: Triage and execute 6-10 enablement engagements per year, delivering 8-12 reusable assets to scale impact. Here's What You Need:
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field. 5+ years in IT, solutions architecture, or technical consulting with demonstrated expertise in business process improvement, workflow automation, or technical solution delivery.
