National Accounts Representative

Key Responsibilities
Serve as the primary point of contact for national account clients
Provide daily updates on open jobs and service status
Act as a liaison between field technicians and clients to ensure timely communication
Manage and track customer requests with accuracy and urgency
Must-Have Qualifications
Strong, high-volume customer support experience; B2B account support strongly preferred
Professional communication skills and a polished, customer-centric demeanor
Ability to multitask effectively in a fast-moving environment
Additional Requirements
Proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Excel
Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
Ability to work onsite full-time in Irvine, CA
