National Accounts Representative
to join our team onsite in Irvine. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, excels at managing high-volume customer interactions, and communicates with professionalism and clarity. Key Responsibilities
Serve as the primary point of contact for national account clients Provide daily updates on open jobs and service status Act as a liaison between field technicians and clients to ensure timely communication Manage and track customer requests with accuracy and urgency Must-Have Qualifications Strong, high-volume customer support experience; B2B account support strongly preferred Professional communication skills and a polished, customer-centric demeanor Ability to multitask effectively in a fast-moving environment Additional Requirements Proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Excel Strong organizational and problem-solving skills Ability to work onsite full-time in Irvine, CA
