Delivers workflows and recommendations to stakeholders./liliDrives inter-team communication and individual changes needed to ensure initiatives meet their intended outcomes, both throughout the initiative and after implementation. Analyzes the big picture impact of proposed solutions and offers a business perspective during design process./liliCollaborates with SMEs and stakeholders to identify gaps and propose creative solutions to solve complex business problems with the team. Performs operational reviews as the initiative progresses and looks for opportunities for improved processes to promote efficiency./liliAssists other Business Analysts in the decision-making process and makes recommendations on direction. Provides technical subject matter expertise to other Business Analysts./liliCreates testable requirements and/or stories. Performs end-user testing and training tasks. Works closely with the business stakeholders and delivery team to ensure all identified scenarios are properly tested and defects are resolved./li/ulh3Education Experience:/h3ulliBachelors degree or equivalent relevant experience/liliEight years of experience in business analysis, process management, or agile development or related experience/liliPrior experience with software development lifecycles (SDLC), including Agile and Waterfall/liliProfessional certifications preferred/liliExperience in financial services industry preferred/li/ulh3Knowledge, Skills, Abilities:/h3ulliAbility to adapt to new technologies and changing business requirements and priorities/liliAdvanced meeting facilitation skills using best practices/liliAdvanced skills in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook/liliStrong knowledge of process mapping tools such as Lucid Charts, Visio/liliStrong knowledge of technical concepts such as client-server, Web applications, and/or Cloud Architecture preferred/liliExcellent knowledge of business analysis and the applicable tools/deliverables/liliAbility to deal with conflict, propose solutions, motivate and drive teams to be high performing/liliExcellent verbal and written communication skills/liliAdvanced analytical, problem solving, and organization skills/li/ulpThe hiring salary range for this position will vary based on geographic location, falling within either of the following: $92,670 - $128,045 or $102,443 - $140,845. A hiring range represents a subset of the full salary range.
