About the position
Responsibilities
Oversee the effective delivery of educational services and activities for the Executive MBA Charlotte Program.
Support the development and implementation of marketing and admissions strategies to meet program goals.
Maintain and enhance academic rigor and relevance in the program.
Manage the Charlotte MBA operating budget and seek ways to enhance student experiences.
Research current trends in Executive MBA education and conduct benchmarking against top programs.
Collaborate with team colleagues in Admissions, Academics, Global Programs, and other departments.
Create and implement policies related to student services and program planning.
Requirements
Relevant post-Baccalaureate degree required; or a Bachelor's degree with at least 1 year of relevant experience.
Excellent communication and organizational skills.
Ability to handle multiple projects with frequent deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Strong customer service focus.
Nice-to-haves
Master's degree, particularly MBA, preferred.
Seven or more years of program and planning leadership experience.
Previous higher education experience working with students, faculty, and staff.
