As a Personal Banker within PNC's retail branch organization, you will be based in Dayton, Ohio at the North Dixie Branch. Bilingual Spanish Preferred. The job description includes acquiring and deepening the branch customer base through proactive sales and service activities, managing the customer experience by identifying opportunities to improve the customer's financial wellbeing, collaborating with ecosystem partners to grow customer's share of wallet, positioning PNC solutions to drive new revenue and customer loyalty, and driving proactive sales conversations through internal and outbound interactions. Listed below are skills, competencies, work experience, education, and required certifications/licenses needed to be successful in this position. Roles at this level typically require an Associates or equivalent degree as well as related experience or product knowledge to accomplish primary duties. Typically requires 3+ years experience. In lieu of a degree, a comparable combination of education, job specific certification(s), and experience (including military service) may be considered.
