Job Description: Responsibilities : The main goal is to analyze real estate investment opportunities and projects. This individual must be a team player, possess excellent communication and demonstrate strong Real Estate Industry knowledge.
Other key responsibilities are : Responsible for managing projections for residential and mixed-use development projects. Develop financial models, Interpret data and analysis on transactions and market trends Analyze projects and communicate results Work with Executive Team directly Structuring and modeling real estate investments Ad hoc Analysis/Financing/Support SVP Prepare investment memorandums Historical and forecast data Future deal/new business evaluation and roll-ups Debt analysis Investor analysis xsgimln Using accounting reports to provide high level analysis Prepare finance packages and data Reviewing underwriting
Requirements: Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics or Real Estate MBA Preferred Must have strong Excel Modeling skills
