This is a hands-on, onsite role that blends both estimating and project management responsibilities.
Key Responsibilities: Manage projects from preconstruction through completion Perform detailed take-offs and review construction drawings and prints Analyze project data, including cost and demand metrics Prepare and review estimates, budgets, and project plans Coordinate with internal teams, subcontractors, and stakeholders Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and on budget Ideal Candidate Profile:
xsgimln Proven experience as a Project Manager with significant estimating experience Career progression from Project Engineer → Estimator → Project Manager strongly preferred Hands-on experience with take-offs and plan reviews Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills
