Coordinates calendars and manages the Volunteer front desk. Orders supplies and interacts with physicians and visitors. Completes surveys and reports while maintaining regulatory requirements. Records meeting minutes, handles telephone calls, and sorts mail. Supervises administrative assistants and maintains personnel records. Processes travel expenses and plans internal campus events. Develops event concepts and themes, creating detailed event plans and timelines. Coordinates with vendors for supplies, catering, and decorations. Secures venues and arranges logistics for events. Prepares and manages event budgets, tracking expenses to ensure cost-effectiveness. Designs and distributes promotional materials, communicating event details to staff and participants. Collaborates with various departments, HR, and marketing for smooth execution and promotion of events. Other duties as assigned. Knowledge, Skills, And Abilities

50 wpm Knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Powepoint, etc.) Strong event planning, logistic and organizational skills required. Strong organizational skills: must be able to multi-task in a fast-paced, stressful work environment, and excel under tight deadlines. Strong project management experience with a results-oriented focus and attention to detail, while never losing sight of the big picture. Self-starter with ability to implement initiatives in a strategic and professional manner with minimal supervision. Capable of delivering a high level of customer service to internal customers and external strategic partners. Education
