The Projects: The company has completed complex builds across the U.S. and is now focused on a number of significant projects across the Miami area. Their portfolio includes commercial buildings, residential mid/high rises and mixed-use developments.
The Role: Our client is seeking a Superintendent to join their field team for this Miami based project multifamily project. This role will involve leading on-site operations, manage subcontractors, and ensuring successful delivery of said project. The right candidate will have experience seeing mid/high rise multifamily and/or mixed-use projects from breaking ground through to completion. xsgimln
