Customer Service Representative/Call Taker
to join our team. This position requires a versatile skill set, the ability to multi-task, and the capability to perform under pressure while making sound decisions. As part of our team, you'll play a key role in ensuring our

Monday to Friday, availability from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM Summer schedule requires working Saturdays with hours from 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM Choice of an alternate day off from Tuesday, Wednesday, or Thursday Key Responsibilities
Answer inbound phone calls for scheduling Provide 5-star level of service to our customers Answer inbound calls and schedule appointments for service Effectively communicate with customers and coordinate solutions with internal and external stakeholders Respond to email and web portal inquiries for scheduling Serve as the main point of contact between the customer and the company, ensuring clear, consistent, and positive communication across all departments Document all customer interactions accurately in the CRM system Skills/Qualifications
Experience with Service Titan software is highly preferred Exceptional customer service skills, with a passion for delivering top-quality service Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment Strong judgment and problem-solving skills, with the ability to handle challenging situations calmly and professionally Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Outlook Flexible schedule based on business needs Benefits
