Squad Health is a New York-based technology company on a mission to improve patient access to specialty medications by eliminating the administrative friction that slows down care. Today, affordability for specialty therapies often depends on complex, manual coordination across patients, providers, pharmacies, payers and pharmaceutical manufacturers —placing significant burden on clinical teams and delaying treatment for patients. Squad Health partners directly with provider organizations to automate these workflows end-to-end, giving practices time back and helping patients start therapy faster. By connecting providers, pharmacies, and payers through a single intelligent platform, Squad Health delivers measurable outcomes: faster approvals, lower administrative burden, reduced costs, and a better experience for both staff and patients. We’ve found strong product-market fit and are backed by top-tier venture capital. Ready to help build the future of medication access? Keep reading. About the Role
