
The Community Lead is responsible for fostering a strong sense of community within the studio. Reporting directly to the GM, the Community Lead will actively pursue strategies requiring a combination of leadership, networking, and hands‑on engagement. The Community Lead plays a crucial role in local marketing initiatives to promote JETSET Alpharetta throughout the community.
Key Responsibilities:
Community Development & Brand Awareness
Facilitate and implement strategies for increasing brand awareness and development
Support local marketing initiatives to attract new clients
Elevate the studio's presence in the Alpharetta community
Build and maintain relationships with local businesses and community organizations
Marketing & Promotional Activities Weekly Small Initiatives (4× per month minimum):
Timeframes designated for table setups, such as:
Local vendor appreciation events
Table setups at coffee shops
Day spas
Local eateries
Apartment complexes
Colleges
Other high‑traffic areas
Monthly Large Initiatives (2× per month minimum):
Events on a designated date and time, such as:
Local 5K races
Farmers markets
Street fairs and festivals
Workshops and demonstrations

Local marketing provides five major benefits:
1. Controllable quality and quantity of leads
2. Relationship building

Partnerships
