Modalways is seeking a detail-oriented Junior Communications Assistant to support internal and client-facing communications across departments. This role focuses on written correspondence, documentation, coordination, and maintaining clear communication records to ensure smooth information flow within the organization. The ideal candidate is organized, professional, and interested in developing communication skills in a technology-focused office environment. Responsibilities
Assist with drafting, editing, and organizing internal and client communications such as emails, reports, and updates. Maintain communication logs, records, and documentation for accuracy and organization. Support coordination between project teams, management, and client service staff. Organize files, templates, and communication materials for internal use. Help prepare presentations, summaries, and written materials for meetings. Track communication requests and ensure timely follow-ups. Provide general administrative support related to communications and documentation. Requirements
High school diploma required; associate or bachelor\'s degree in Communications, Business, or a related field is a plus. Previous experience in administrative support, communications, or office roles preferred. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Excellent organizational and time-management abilities. Proficiency in Microsoft Office or Google Workspace. Detail-oriented and able to multitask in a professional environment. Benefits
