As a Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for addressing customer inquiries, resolving issues, and providing information about our products and services.
Responsibilities
Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat in a professional and courteous manner.
Provide accurate information regarding products, services, and policies.
Handle outbound calling to follow up on customer issues or feedback.
Analyze customer needs and recommend appropriate solutions.
Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and transactions in our computerized system.
Responsible for maintaining a high level of professionalism with clients and working to establish a positive rapport with every caller.
Work with the management team to stay updated on product knowledge and be informed of any changes in company policies.
Uphold high standards of phone etiquette while interacting with customers.
Able to analyze multiple customer credentials in between daily phone calls and emails.
Qualifications
Previous experience in a customer support role, preferably in a call center environment.
Proficient in using office software and computerized systems for data entry and record keeping.
Strong analytical skills to assess customer needs effectively.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Fosters positive customer relationships, aligning customer needs with business strategy to achieve successful outcomes. Accountable for customer satisfaction and commitment.
A positive attitude with a strong commitment to providing outstanding service.
High school diploma or equivalent
Minimum 1-2 years of customer service experience preferred.
Strong PC proficiency to include Microsoft Office Word, Excel.
Strong interpersonal skills.
