Position Overview We are seeking a junior to mid-level Copywriter to support a fast-paced creative and marketing team. This role is hands-on and execution-focused, with a strong emphasis on editing, proofreading, and long-form content writing.
This position is ideal for someone early in their copywriting career who enjoys polishing content, meeting deadlines, and working both independently and collaboratively.
Day-to-Day Responsibilities Write, edit, and proofread marketing content across multiple formats. Review feedback and make revisions quickly and accurately. Create long-form content such as blogs and articles (typically 600-800 words). Edit headlines and short-form marketing copy using best practices. Ensure content aligns with brand tone and compliance guidelines. Manage multiple priorities in a deadline-driven environment. Collaborate with designers and marketing partners as needed. Act as a quality gatekeeper for content accuracy and consistency.
Ideal Candidate Profile 2-3 years of copywriting, content writing, or content editing experience. Strong grammar, editing, and proofreading skills. Comfortable writing blogs and long-form content. Familiar with basic copywriting principles and headline best practices. Ability to multitask and handle frequent interruptions. Self-starter who works well independently and as part of a team. Open to candidates with freelance or agency backgrounds. Experience in regulated industries is a plus, not required. Education is not a deal breaker.
Nice to Have Experience writing long-form content (600-800 words). Familiarity with AI writing or editing tools is preferred.
