As an Enterprise Client Strategist at Brink's, you will be crucial in establishing and nurturing long-term executive relationships with national retailers. By acting as a trusted advisor to key decision-makers, you will leverage the comprehensive Brink's solution portfolio to craft innovative strategies that align with the unique needs of each client. This role offers a robust compensation structure, combining base salary with a performance-based commission program. Key Responsibilities: Identify and cultivate sales opportunities, both with new prospects and within established national retail accounts. Engage deeply with clients to assess their requirements, conducting thorough market research to reveal current and future business avenues. Proactively pinpoint growth areas, devise account strategies, build sales pipelines, analyze customer performance, and track progress using Salesforce. Establish trust with customer decision-makers, offering expert guidance on cash management solutions. Utilize data, case studies, and industry insights to deliver impactful presentations highlighting Brink's value proposition. Negotiate and finalize agreements, converting identified prospects into successful partnerships. Collaborate effectively with various teams, such as Customer Care, Operations, and Marketing, to achieve targeted performance objectives. Communicate market trends and competitive dynamics to Brink's leadership. Contribute to initiatives that enhance growth, customer loyalty, and operational excellence. Qualifications: A highly motivated individual with a track record of excellence in previous roles. Solid business acumen, excellent communication skills, and negotiation experience. A minimum of 2 years' experience managing high-level relationships with large national retailers or strategic accounts. Experience in selling integrated product or service solutions and managing RFP processes is preferred.
