Onsera is an early stage health tech company focused on tackling cardiometabolic disease, one of the biggest global health challenges. Sustainably addressing these diseases at scale requires breakthrough therapeutics, AI ML innovation, and transformative business models, and we are building a healthcare AI platform designed to do exactly that.

We are partnering with Zebra People to hire a Principal Product Marketing Manager, a key role in shaping how our product is positioned, understood, and taken to market.

The role Reporting into the Head of Product, the Principal Product Marketing Manager will own product positioning, messaging, and go to market strategy. You will work closely with Product, Sales, and Marketing to translate complex AI and clinical capabilities into clear and compelling value propositions for enterprise buyers including employers, health plans, and benefits leaders. You will also help shape engagement strategies that drive member activation.

What you will be doing Defining and evolving product positioning and messaging, leading go to market planning and launches, developing sales enablement assets such as pitch decks, battlecards, and ROI materials, building competitive intelligence and voice of customer insight, creating customer and member engagement content that supports adoption and activation, tracking performance and iterating based on data and feedback.

What we're looking for Strong product marketing experience, ideally within healthcare, health tech, or AI, experience working across B2B and B2C contexts with depth in one being absolutely fine, an analytical and data driven mindset as this is not just a communications role, confidence working closely with senior stakeholders and cross functional teams, comfort operating in a hands on early stage environment.

The compensation range for this full-time position is $140,000-220,000+equity+benefits. Individual pay will be determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
