Position Overview: We are seeking an experienced and motivated Sales Associate to join our powersports dealership team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in motorcycle, ATV, and side‑by‑side sales, with a proven ability to deliver exceptional customer experiences while consistently achieving sales targets. This role requires in-depth product knowledge, excellent communication skills, and the ability to build lasting relationships with customers.
Key Responsibilities:
Greet and engage customers in a professional, friendly, and knowledgeable manner.
Assist customers in selecting motorcycles, ATVs, and side‑by‑sides that meet their needs, lifestyle, and budget.
Maintain expert‑level knowledge of current product lines, OEM incentives, accessories, financing options, and promotions.
Conduct product demonstrations, explain features and benefits, and provide test ride support.
Negotiate sales terms, prepare quotes, and complete purchase agreements accurately.
Work closely with the finance and insurance department to ensure smooth transaction processes.
Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction, encourage repeat business, and generate referrals.
Achieve and exceed individual and team sales goals.
Maintain a clean and organized showroom and sales area.
Stay up to date on industry trends, competitor products, and dealership offerings.
Qualifications:
Minimum 2–3 years of successful sales experience in the motorcycle, powersports, automotive, or related industry.
Strong knowledge of motorcycles, ATVs, and side‑by‑sides, including brands, models, and features.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
Professional appearance and customer‑first attitude.
Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.
Valid motorcycle endorsement/license required.
