Opportunity available for a highly organized Sales Operations Coordinator (Bilingual Spanish) to manage customer orders and provide operational support to internal teams, including National and Regional Sales Managers. Approximately

30% of this role involves Spanish-language communication

supporting customers across the U.S., Canada, and Latin America. Strong written and verbal Spanish skills are required for professional customer communication and documentation. The ideal candidate brings experience in order management or sales administration, demonstrates strong attention to detail, and thrives in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment. Key Responsibilities

Process and manage customer orders from quote to fulfillment, ensuring accuracy and timely completion. Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and online channels while maintaining a high level of professionalism. Provide

administrative and coordination support to the Sales team , including order-related tasks and lead routing. Generate and manage quotes, process orders, and distribute incoming website leads as needed. Track order status and coordinate with

production, customer care, logistics, and accounting

teams to ensure on-time delivery. Resolve order or service issues and escalate complex matters when appropriate. Assist with

reporting, audits, and account documentation

to maintain data accuracy. Support continuous improvement of order management and customer service processes. Assist with

trade show and meeting logistics , including material preparation and coordination. Build product knowledge and maintain strong internal relationships across departments. Qualifications

Associate degree or equivalent professional experience. Fluent in Spanish and English (written and verbal). Experience in

order coordination, customer service, or sales administration

preferred. Familiarity with product configurations, bills of materials, routers, or technical drawings a plus. Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills. Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment. Proficiency in

Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint) . Experience with collaboration and video tools such as

Zoom and Microsoft Teams .
