Overview The Business Development Representative is responsible for building, expanding, and managing referral partnerships with plumbing and HVAC companies across the Denver metro area. This field‑driven role focuses on prospecting, relationship development, and rapid response to drive consistent revenue growth. Base Salary: $58,000 per year + uncapped commissions

Commission: 5% of gross invoiced revenue from generated leads (additional Average $60,000 commissions)

Vehicle Support: $150/week allowance or company fuel card

401(k): Up to 4% employer match

Key Responsibilities

Prospect, cold call, and visit plumbing and HVAC companies to secure new referral partnerships

Build and maintain strong field‑based relationships with technicians and owners

Serve as the first point of contact for trade partners during emergency losses

Respond quickly and coordinate service to reinforce reliability and partnership value

Manage the full sales cycle from initial outreach to signed referral agreements

Drive revenue by generating consistent job flow from trade partners

Maintain accurate activity, communication, and lead tracking within the CRM

Required Qualifications

Proven success in competitive, commission‑driven sales roles

Experience in restoration, construction, or the trades is highly preferred

Ability to build rapport with diverse field professionals and business owners

Resilient, persistent, and comfortable with rejection

Self‑starter with strong accountability and minimal need for supervision

Willingness to assist partners on‑site when needed to build trust

Valid driver’s license and ability to travel throughout the Denver metro area
