You’ll be responsible for growing and managing key customer relationships in the healthcare sector. Manage and develop relationships with selected European key accounts Support both

existing customers

and

new business opportunities Focus on core markets including

Germany, Austria, and Switzerland Develop and execute business development strategies Analyze markets, trends, and competitors Identify and drive new sales opportunities Work closely with international sales teams Act as the link between customers and internal departments (especially technical and development teams) Handle customer requests and resolve issues independently Visit customers regularly and represent the company at trade fairs and industry events What You Bring

Degree in Business, Industrial Engineering, or similar — or relevant professional experience Several years of experience in

international technical sales or key account management Ideally experience in

healthcare or pharmaceutical industries Proven success in: Growing sales and revenue Developing customers and markets Winning new business Experience working with major international clients Strong negotiation and analytical skills Comfortable using CRM and sales tools (e.g., Salesforce, Power BI) Fluent in

German and English Who You Are
