The Opportunity An established and growing equipment dealership group is expanding its footprint. Following a major contract acquisition, we are seeking a driven
Sales Professional
to spearhead the launch and growth of a world-class heavy equipment line across a dedicated Nebraska territory.
If you have a "hunter" mentality and a background in equipment or agricultural sales, this is your chance to lead a new division backed by a proven, successful dealership framework.
What You\'ll Do
Drive Growth: Spearhead the sale of premium wheel loaders, tracked skid loaders, and excavators.
Own Your Territory: Manage a multi-county region with a focus on local relationship building and consultative selling.
Expert Consultation: Utilize a model mirrored after our successful agricultural sales strategy to provide tailored solutions to construction and municipal clients.
Field Presence: Maintain a high level of activity in the field (minimal overnight travel required, primarily seasonal).

Total Guarantee
$70,000 (composed of $40k base + $30k draw)
Earnings Potential
Uncapped commission structure beyond the draw

Provided for business use and territory travel
What You\'ll Need
Experience: Proven track record in outside sales (Heavy Equipment, Ag Equipment, or related industrial sectors preferred).
Drive: A self-starter attitude with the ability to work independently in a remote territory.
Relationship Skills: Ability to build rapport with contractors, business owners, and local stakeholders.
Availability: Ready to hit the ground running as we look to fill this role immediately.
