Responsibilities

Support the sales team and EVP of Sales by managing operations, facilitating communication, and executing sales activities.

Align sales efforts with revenue goals and assist with interdepartmental coordination.

Provide administrative support, help with small-group sales, and manage sales marketing activities.

Foster customer relationships through prompt and professional service.

Proactively identify opportunities to improve efficiency and contribute to business growth.

Oversee daily progress toward major company objectives.

Generate weekly reports for leadership review.

Develop and maintain sales presentations.

Partner with Project Management, Implementation, and Consulting teams.

Support sales efforts and handle client communications.

Monitor sales results, assess trends, and create reports for leadership covering both sales and product pipelines.

Collaborate with various departments to drive organization-wide product adoption and success.

Minimum Requirements for Education, Experience, and Certifications/Licenses

Bachelor’s degree required.

Prefer 2+ years’ experience in a sales assistant role.

Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, including PowerPoint and Excel.

Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.

Experience with CRM platforms.

Qualifications & Skills

High degree of professionalism.

Ability to interpret industry policies and contract documents, proposals, and other documentation.

Strong interpersonal and relationship skills.

Excellent oral and written communication skills and command of the English language.

Ability to apply basic mathematical concepts such as percentages and simple arithmetic.

High degree of critical thinking, organizational and decision-making skills.

High degree of initiative and drive to succeed.

Ability to function independently with minimal supervision.

Ability to prioritize multiple projects and meet objectives and deadlines, often with short turnaround times.

Ability to maintain positive relationships with internal departments, external customers, vendor agents, and subscribers.

Proficient in MS Teams, Excel, Word, Outlook, and PowerPoint.

Ability to comply with company confidentiality requirements as well as HIPAA and other applicable government regulations.

The base salary range for this position is $53,000.00 – $85,000.00. The base salary offered will be determined by factors including, but not limited to, experience, credentials, education, certifications, skill level required for the position, the scope of the position, and geographic location. Actual base salary offered will be determined on a case-by-case basis. In addition to the base salary, this position may be eligible for performance-based incentives.
