Overview The

VP of Sales

is responsible for leading our inbound and outbound sales strategies and international market expansion efforts. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of driving revenue growth, developing high‑performing sales teams, and implementing effective sales processes. This is a key leadership role within our organization, and the successful candidate will play a critical role in shaping the continued growth and success of our company.

Develop and execute comprehensive inbound and outbound sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and drive business growth.

Lead, mentor, and motivate the sales team to consistently meet and exceed sales targets.

Develop and maintain strong relationships with key clients, partners, and stakeholders.

Analyze market trends, customer needs, and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities and drive innovation.

Conduct market research and analysis to assess international market opportunities, competitive landscape, and regulatory requirements.

Build strategic partnerships and alliances with international distributors, resellers, and channel partners to extend market reach and penetration.

Collaborate with cross‑functional teams, including marketing, product development, and finance, to align sales strategies with overall business objectives.

Establish and monitor key performance metrics and sales KPIs to track progress and performance.

Implement and optimize sales processes, tools, and systems to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.

Provide regular reporting and updates to senior management on sales performance, forecasts, and pipeline activity.

Stay current on industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies to continuously improve sales strategies and tactics.

Foster a culture of accountability, teamwork, and continuous learning within the sales organization.

Requirements Required Education, Experience & Skills

Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a field; or equivalent experience.

5-7 years of experience in sales leadership roles, with a track record of success in driving revenue growth and building high‑performing sales teams.

Proven experience in developing and executing inbound and outbound sales strategies in a competitive market environment.

Proven experience in developing and executing international market expansion strategies, including market research, partner/channel development, and localization efforts.

Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire, motivate, and mentor sales professionals.

Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

Strategic thinker with the ability to analyze data, identify trends, and make data‑driven decisions.

Results‑oriented with a focus on delivering measurable outcomes and exceeding targets.

Proficiency in CRM software and other sales tools (such as Salesforce).

Ability to travel as needed 15%-25%.

Preferred Education, Experience & Skills

Experience working in sports sectors.

Experience with Salesforce.
