We’re looking for a driven Sales Representative to help expand our footprint by introducing industry-leading golf simulator technology to facilities across North America. This role owns a defined territory and is responsible for building pipeline, developing relationships with key decision-makers, and closing new business that directly impacts company growth.

This is an opportunity for a competitive, relationship-oriented salesperson who enjoys owning their book of business, working in a fast-paced environment, and selling a product they can stand behind.

Requirements This is an onsite position 5 days a week

What You’ll Do

Own and develop a defined sales territory, focusing on golf courses, driving ranges, club fitters, and golf retail locations

Proactively generate pipeline through outbound prospecting, referrals, and relationship building

Conduct needs assessments and present tailored solutions that align with customer goals

Manage the full sales cycle from initial outreach through close

Build and maintain strong, long‑term customer relationships

Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets

Accurately track activities, pipeline, and opportunities in Salesforce

Collaborate closely with internal teams to ensure a strong customer experience

Stay current on industry trends, competitors, and product updates

Continuously improve through coaching, feedback, and performance insights

What Success Looks Like in the First 6 Months

Fully ramped on product knowledge, CRM, and sales process

Consistent outbound activity with a healthy, qualified pipeline

First closed deals within the first 60–90 days

Progressing toward quota with clear momentum and territory ownership

Trusted internal partner and confident external representative of the brand

Do You Have

B2B sales experience with a demonstrated ability to meet or exceed target

Comfort with outbound prospecting and relationship‑driven selling

Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills

Experience using a CRM (Salesforce preferred)

Highly motivated, competitive, and results‑driven mindset

Strong time management and organizational skills

What Makes You a Rock Star

Experience in the golf industry or adjacent sports/technology space

Software or technology sales experience

Experience selling higher‑value or consultative solutions
