Outbound Sales Representatives
to support a variety of exciting projects for some of the world’s most recognizable brands. In this role, you’ll connect with prospective customers, promote and upsell products and services, and deliver exceptional customer experiences. With our

Key Responsibilities
Make outbound and receive inbound calls in a professional and courteous manner
Educate customers on products and services, identifying upsell opportunities
Understand customer needs and recommend tailored solutions
Use internal systems to manage accounts and process orders accurately
Research and resolve customer issues, coordinating with other departments as needed
Follow scripts, policies, and procedures to ensure consistency and compliance
Maintain accurate records and safeguard customer information
Escalate complex issues to supervisors or appropriate teams
Stay current with training, updates, and system changes
Meet attendance, punctuality, and performance expectations
Candidate Qualifications
Must be 18 years or older
High school diploma or equivalent
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Ability to type 20+ words per minute
Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
Familiarity with Windows operating systems
Dependable and punctual with a strong work ethic
Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills
Customer-focused, empathetic, and solution-oriented
Ability to multitask and manage time effectively
Comfortable in a fast-paced, evolving environment
Team player with strong interpersonal skills

Other Details This job operates in a professional office environment. The employee will be largely sedentary and may be required to sit/stand for long periods while using a computer and telephone headset. The employee may occasionally move about the office to accomplish tasks and may exert up to forty (40) pounds.
