Business Analyst
ready to jump into software development and help translate client needs into clear direction for our engineering teams.
No prior Business Analyst experience? No problem. If you bring strong communication skills, curiosity, and a passion for tech, we’ll train you to succeed.
What You’ll Do
Partner directly with clients to understand business needs and gather clear requirements
Translate client goals into actionable tasks and documentation for software engineers
Collaborate with developers to ensure shared understanding of scope, constraints, and user expectations
Create and refine functional specifications, use cases, and process flows
Track project progress and communicate updates with both clients and internal teamsIdentify and help resolve project challenges as they arise
Act as the main liaison between clients and the development team throughout the project lifecycle
Collect post-launch feedback to improve processes and project outcomes
What We’re Looking For
No previous Business Analyst experience required — training provided
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Ability to analyze problems and propose practical solutions
Basic understanding of software development concepts and workflows
Experience with tools like
JIRA, Confluence, or data visualization tools
is a plus
Must be
U.S.-based
(no OPT or sponsorship available)
