We’re building a premium, ad-supported advertising business and are seeking experienced Agency Sales professionals to help grow and shape this offering. This role is ideal for a strategic seller who thrives in fast-moving environments and enjoys building relationships with top agencies and major brands. What You’ll Do Build and maintain senior-level relationships with key agency and client decision-makers, with a focus on Fortune 500 brands Drive new business while renewing and expanding existing accounts to maximize revenue Develop and deliver high-quality proposals and RFP responses in a timely manner Partner with platform, category, and cross-functional teams to grow revenue across the business Collaborate with Product, Marketing, Research, and Revenue Yield teams to ensure client success Lead negotiations across pricing, placements, content integrations, and custom opportunities Create strategic sales plans and account strategies for assigned clients Deliver persuasive, data-driven presentations to agencies and advertisers Prospect, identify, and qualify new business opportunities Stay current on advertising trends and innovations Travel as needed based on client and agency locations What We’re Looking For 6+ years of experience in advertising, including 2+ years in direct media sales managing complex agency relationships Strategic mindset with the ability to analyze data and translate insights into measurable results Strong negotiator with experience selling premium advertising solutions Collaborative problem-solver comfortable working across functions Proven prospecting and cold-outreach skills Understanding of agency planning, client priorities, and performance goals Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills Ability to operate at entrepreneurial speed and manage multiple priorities
