Human Resources Specialist CBI is the premier non‑profit, fully integrated healthcare provider of substance use and behavioral health programs in Arizona, including prevention, education, and treatment using cutting‑edge, nationally recognized, evidence‑based models.
Job Summary The HR Assistant role is critical to the success of the organization. The HR Assistant helps manage recruitment, onboarding, new employee orientation, record maintenance, and audit support. You serve as a contact between the HR department and the rest of the organization. This role will enhance your communication skills, documentation skills, organization and time management skills, and your ability to project manage.
Skills / Requirements
High School Graduate
Associate’s Degree in business related field preferred
Minimum of two (2) years of administrative or other related experience required
Any similar combination of education and experience will be taken into consideration
