Responsibilities The Real Estate Analyst is an entry‑level, hands‑on real estate professional who supports the full lifecycle of commercial office, mixed‑use, and multifamily development projects—from acquisition and feasibility through execution, asset management, and disposition. Working closely with Development leadership and cross‑functional partners, this role contributes market research, financial analysis, budgeting, consultant coordination, and project reporting while collaborating with internal teams, external consultants, and public stakeholders.

Qualifications

1-3+ years of experience with Microsoft Excel and/or financial modeling software

1-3+ years of experience in key aspects of the commercial investment and development process, such as: Architectural design and construction administration or management

Land acquisition and sourcing

Feasibility studies

Financial analysis and budgeting

Entitlements and zoning

Project valuation and finance

Leasing, marketing, and public relations

Basic knowledge of cost control processes, real estate funding, and project reporting

Sustainable building concepts

Bachelor’s degree in real estate, finance, construction management, architecture, engineering, or related field, or other relevant specialization, or 8 years equivalent experience plus minimum 3 years prior relevant experience.

Compensation and financial well‑being – Competitive base salary, excellent bonus program, 401k, & Employee ownership program.

Salary Salary Low

USD 90,000.00/Yr.

Salary High

USD 110,000.00/Yr.
